Pile cap footer for Tower ready for concrete

One of the most siginficant elements of the tower is the footing and pile cap that will hold the cantilever design of the tower in place is almost complete. This process has taken a long time due to various issues and the importance of this phase of the project. Once completed the next few months will have signifcant progress made, completing phase 1 by the end of February.
